Singspiration Guidelines

Selecting Singspiration Songs
- Select songs from 'Worship Service Songs - Table of Content'.
- Titles in English / Chinese reflect songs in corresponding languages.
- Musical note icon links to piano score sheet.
- Entry in Music column / sheet number (A1, T2, ...) indicates hard copy piano score sheet available in binder (These music sheets may not be complete anymore).
- To prepare songs for video projection, give these information to Audio/Visual personnel (note there may be multiple songs with same title):
  - Name of songs
  - File name of songs
  - Music sheet number (if available)
- If selecting songs from Youth or Children folder, indicate them to Audio/Visual personnel.
Adding New Songs
- Font should be at least of size 28.
- If using only Chinese, includes ZhuYin and PinYin pronounciation.
- Song with multiple slides should include page # '# of #' at bottom right (font 16).
- Background / foreground color should not impair legibility.
- Send powerpoint file and Music Sheet (PDF, graphic file) to Emile for Web publishing.
- For computer input by Emile, please provide hard copy lyric and music sheet.
